JOB TITLE: Demand Generation Manager

SUMMARY:

Land Gorilla is seeking a motivated and experienced Demand Generation Manager to be responsible for new lead acquisition and create best-in-class email and nurture campaigns that drive new business. You will own the CRM database and leverage a variety of marketing channels and strategies, including: email marketing, Google AdWords, SEO, third-party sponsorships, social media and content marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in optimizing existing marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-departmental teams, delivering compelling messaging, and relying on measured results to adjust tactics and content accordingly.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Define and segment customers to determine appropriate outreach strategies
  • Create and update content and marketing campaigns
  • Work across teams to ensure lead generation goals are met
  • Evaluate and ensure usability of marketing software and databases
  • Evaluate and select platforms for marketing campaigns, then implement and measure results
KEY RESPONSIBIlITIES INCLUDE:
  • Generate inquiries and grow the sales pipeline by developing and executing demand generation programs across a variety of product offerings and database segments
  • Execute inbound lead generation strategy including digital and email marketing
  • Define and deploy multiple marketing tactics as needed: web content, landing pages, emails, display ads, content syndication, and support for events
  • Develop, launch, and analyze targeted email and nurture campaigns in Hubspot. Run A/B and multivariate testing on subject lines, images, html, copy, etc.
  • Support lead acquisition strategy by working with vendors and partners on joint opportunities, content syndication, brand awareness and targeted lead generation campaigns
  • Segment lists and manage lead scoring to support marketing goals
  • Monitor, track and communicate existing marketing KPIs; MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates and cost per lead
  • Utilize HubSpot to build and optimize landing pages, forms, and engagement points
  • Optimize CRM data quality, reporting, and segmentation. Perform segmentation analysis to identify gaps and conversion opportunities
  • Use data to suggest ideas to optimize and evolve our inbound marketing strategies
  • Stay current with industry trends and email best-practices to make improvement recommendations
  • Provide support for budgeting and forecasting with research and data
  • Collaborate with product and content teams to understand our market and buyer personas, refine messaging and campaign offers
  • Collaborate with Marketing Content Specialist to deliver written content campaigns that include whitepapers, blogs, email & social media
  • Work with the marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and content programming
  • Curate digital marketing assets (videos, images, logos & marketing documents)
  • Coordinate timely event promotions and messaging

  • Experience with list management, database segmentation and email delivery in compliance with CAN-SPAM law and GDPR
  • Deeply analytical, able to report on performance metrics
  • Quickly learns new technologies, software, processes and concepts
KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or digital marketing role. SaaS software experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or business
  • Proficient with marketing automation tools (Hubspot experience preferred)
  • Proficient in WordPress
  • Expertise in leveraging marketing tools to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google AdWords campaigns
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
