Reports To: Construction Loan Management Supervisor
Role:

The Professional Services Support Specialist is responsible for handling a set of administrative tasks for the department including providing great customer service to inbound callers and performing follow-up activities. This role will work closely with department team leads and draw administrators.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide great customer service to Clients and inbound callers
  • Perform outreach and document collection related to construction loans
  • Work with title companies, and other third-party providers to secure required documents. Provide thorough and timely notes on actions taken to keep all stakeholders informed
  • Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business and client matters/documents
  • Ensure SLA’s are met and any deviations are reported
  • Communicate effectively with Team Members, Clients, and Vendors
  • Provide additional support to professional services teams as needed
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a naturally positive demeanor
  • Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to details
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skill
  • Highly proficient with software and technology
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision
  • Lending and/or construction background a plus
