Job Title: Service Support Specialist
Department: Professional Services
Reports To: Construction Loan Management Supervisor
Role:
The Professional Services Support Specialist is responsible for handling a set of administrative tasks for the department including providing great customer service to inbound callers and performing follow-up activities. This role will work closely with department team leads and draw administrators.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide great customer service to Clients and inbound callers
- Perform outreach and document collection related to construction loans
- Work with title companies, and other third-party providers to secure required documents. Provide thorough and timely notes on actions taken to keep all stakeholders informed
- Ensure strict confidentiality regarding all business and client matters/documents
- Ensure SLA’s are met and any deviations are reported
- Communicate effectively with Team Members, Clients, and Vendors
- Provide additional support to professional services teams as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills with a naturally positive demeanor
- Ability to multi-task while remaining attentive to details
- Strong organization and problem-solving skill
- Highly proficient with software and technology
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision
- Lending and/or construction background a plus
