“Our company was and is in a pretty standard transition. From the late ’90s to the early 2000s, our method of doing business involved a lot of paper to everything being online, cloud-based, web-based, and then having API connections to connect systems.

So looking at any single system, whether it’s Salesforce or Land Gorilla or some sort of ERP solution, having an API configuration is a cornerstone of anything that we look for when we’re looking at onboarding some sort of new product in the system into our stack. And we have a sophisticated operation with a bunch of different flavors of business and a bunch of quirks and nuances that make us particularly difficult to tailor a product to.

Land Gorilla has been very, very successful at providing what we need. Record generation features are really important to us because we store our data and we need access to it. Before Land Gorilla, integrating that with Snowflake, we weren’t able to do it. And we are growing pretty quickly here. So anything that can be automated or taken away from a manual process into something that just happens automatically, across the company and across multiple times a day, you end up saving a ton of time that can be allocated for more important things.

That’s just one micro situation. But we have probably 50 of those micro scenarios every single day. I see probably a hundred webhook notifications pop up for the construction draw aspect of Land Gorilla every single day. That’s people creating construction draws, submitting construction draws, and reviewing status changes. Managing that is a nightmare, so having Land Gorilla to solve that problem is substantial.

Land Gorilla will never be the problem in your tech stack. There will be other problems that you run into, but Land Gorilla will never be the problem. And if there is an issue, the documentation is very robust and I found the support in the staff to be really useful. So it’s a combination of very clear documentation, very good support, and very good general functionality.”
