Progress Inspection Requirements
The role of the inspector is to observe and report on construction projects. The inspection consists of taking photos and providing statements about what you observed. Land Gorilla’s mobile friendly web app is the quickest and easiest way to complete reports and take photos.
Upload photos and enter completion percentages using your construction knowledge.
The photos, item percentages and comments will be reviewed in Land Gorilla’s Quality Assurance (QA) department and reviewed for completeness, accuracy and quality. The QA department monitors inspector quality and service levels, these performance indicators help with the determination of future inspection assignments.

Technical Requirements
Land Gorilla requires the following minimum requirements for inspectors:
- 1 Year minimum residential construction experience OR 2 years Real Estate related experience with the ability to identify all major stages of residential construction
- Smart phone with camera
- Active Email account
- Access to the web
