Introduction

In the past year, The Mortgage Firm has experienced significant growth. They were looking for a multi-faceted solution that included an advanced technology solution to manage loans and additional draw administration personnel to service these loans. “Land Gorilla’s software platform has many functionalities that makes managing loans quicker and easier, yet it is very easy to use—anyone can use it,” said Cramaro.

Previously, draws were manually managed and processed through email communications. “It was cumbersome to receive a draw request, and not have visibility into scheduled inspections or what the status of the draw was,” said Cramaro. “It just didn’t work for me.”

“Now, I have visibility of where the draw stands, and address any roadblocks quickly that may cause delays,” said Cramaro.

The Mortgage firm utilizes the messenger feature within the platform to communicate and exchange information with project stakeholders. This also provides a centralized location to track all communications on a loan. As a result, communications during the draw process have significantly improved.

“The Messenger feature is awesome! I am able to receive and send messages to the Draw Administration team and keep track of their communications in one place,” said Cramaro.

Reporting

The Mortgage Firm utilizes reporting features in Land Gorilla’s platform such as Dashboard and Pipeline Reporting.

“The Reporting features are very helpful to understand the status of a loan,” said Cramaro. “It’s easy for me to generate and view reports and to keep track of all loans.”

The Dashboard feature helps lenders track key performance indicators, metrics, and data points at a glance.

“The Dashboard helps me understand which loans need immediate attention,” said Cramaro. “I especially like the Loan Activity, Loan Maturity, and Pending Draws information presented on the dashboard.”

OneSite

OneSite is a web and mobile app solution for builders to easily submit draw requests and communicate with The Mortgage Firm.

Nearly 100% of The Mortgage Firm’s builders and borrowers use OneSite to submit draw requests.

“I tell all the builders and borrowers about OneSite because it’s a fantastic platform!” said Cramaro. “I’ve met a lot of builders over the years and they could all have benefitted from an app like OneSite because of the convenience of submitting draw requests at any time and anywhere. This is particularly helpful for builders who do not have an administrative assistant doing this on their behalf.”

OneSite can also be used by borrowers to gain insight on the status of their loan and sign draw requests.

“A borrower easily provides an e-signature right then and there—this is important to help the project move along quickly,” said Cramaro. “Just log in, provide an e-signature, and then it’s complete!”

Builders gave OneSite a 91% satisfaction rating.
